Noor El Chamcham Amazing agent

After having issues with our previous property manager, Noor El Chamcham took over the managment of our two properties. Noor has always been extremely precise, attentive and fast replying to all our enquiries and making sure the apartments were very well taken care. She has been amazing in helping with the sale of the property organizing very quickly a heat pump maintenance and everything needed for the keys handover.

Rosita Kausiute best property manager!

Rosita Kausiute is our property manager and we have been very lucky to have her. We had a leakage and she dealt with the issue immediately and was very responsive on the emails. She called the engineers and followed up until last minute. We have been in the flat for almost 3 years and have had several property managers, however Rosita is the only one who has been so punctual and helpful.Thank you for your work!

My initial experience was outstanding with Amy Howe at this company. 5 Stars. Sadly, on checkout, I have been waiting nearly 3 months for return of deposit. Thomas Chan who is handling my checkout has been taking months "to get a quote" for a small amount of mould. Communication occurs every 2-3 weeks after chasing. I'm sorry, but I really advise anybody to steer clear of this company. When you leave your deposit is held. The deposit schemes will only adjudicate if both parties agree. So you are held hostage to when somebody can be bothered to reply.
