I'd like to mention Luke Parker for his incredible work and for being respectful and proactive. He does brilliant work and he helped me a lot and trusted in me when I was in need. I recommend him and he makes Life Residential shine.

Lease renewal

To date, Life Residential have not disappointed us. They are professional in their service, prompt in problem solving and sensitive to any concerns highlighted. The fact LR is our First n only Agent since our flat was delivered in 2012 speaks volume of the level of satisfaction. Quite honestly, there were some unhappy periods, but these are to be expected when managing a large company like LR. Keep up the good work.

The worst letting agent ever.

The worst letting agent ever.I have an issue with re-referencing. The referencing agent they use, Goodlord is totally hopeless.They promised that they would help, but at the end we were put in circles.The lady of their Admin team is extremely rude I have to say. Keep arguing with customers and never admit anything she did wrong. She always try her best to make an excuse and blame the problem on customers. Once she can’t argue with you, she simply doesn’t reply. It would be great if she use that effort at sorting out my problem.They are very passive as well. You always have to chase them for updates. Otherwise things are not going to be sorted out.I remember last year I had another issue with them. When I moved in they refused because they said no money was received. But at the end of the day, it was their mistake checking the wrong bank account. They never apologised.I think this company is simply incapable of doing their job decently.So in a nutshell, avoid.

I had a great experience working with Ervis as my real estate agent. As I was renting in the UK for the first time, he patiently explained any problems I encountered. The whole process, from finding a flat to moving into my new flat, has been a pleasure. At the same time, I particularly like the efficiency of my property manager. Because we live in a slightly old house, there were some minor problems when we moved in. After I reported the situation in the system, the property manager contacted the landlord immediately and arranged for an engineer to repair it as soon as possible. A great rental experience!

Unfortunately we had a very negative experience with this company. There were many untreated problems (not functional stove, hanging socket, DAMP WALLS, hole on the wall...). After countless emails, phone calls and reminders a mechanic was sent - still a lot more repairing is needed. The company members are unresponsive and uncooperative; they pass on the tasks from one to the other - but no one takes any responsibility and acts to solve the problems. Aiste has been the most helpful and attentive agent I've ever dealt with!! I had been trying to rent an apartment in London from a distance and Aiste helped me to do a very thorough video viewing of the room along with many other detailed videos of the apartment. I was back and forth between a couple places but Aiste was extremely patient with me, provided me with a bunch of documents I had requested and helped me calculate an estimate of other bills I could expect on top of rent. Couldn't ask for more. Because of some technicalities with my probationary period, I ended up finding a short term housing solution elsewhere. But Aiste will definitely be the first person I reach out to when looking for a new place in London.

They are Very Helpful until you rent with them. After that, it seems like they don't give a penny about you or your problems. In more detail, Mr. Christopher Lazarides is our Property Manager and it seems to be always way busier to deal with our issues. He is not replying to his email and if he does it's after many days, He is not picking up his phone and he is never calling back no matter if you call his office and ask for him, he is always off the office or he is on lunchtime. We are very disappointed with him.!

Aiste and Mo were very helpful and prompt to resolve our queries regarding a property we were looking to rent, demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and timeliness. Aiste in particular made sure to address in detail the various concerns we had before and after our viewing and facilitated the process when we eventually drawed up contracts. Mo was very helpful as well in particular in the negotiations with the landlord. I should also mention Marta, who was very clear and structured in her communications with us when it came to the legal and paper work, and helped us sort out the contract and the necessary certificates. Lastly, and by no means the least, we're fortunate to have a very able and knowledgeable property manager in Lauren who has consistently helped us over a range of queries/problems relating to the property after moving in, thereby making our settling in period easier. Similar to her colleagues at LiFE, Lauren is very prompt and responsive and will help resolve matters at the earliest. As an example, she was very helpful and quick to resolve our issue of the fridge not working, and it was replaced in a matter of a week or so. Overall, will gladly recommend this agency for lettings!

A fantastic experience as a student and international, which usuall Poses various challenges to find a home. I was extremely happy with the treatment I received all throughout my experience. Very good and satisfying experience overall from viewing to moving in. Robin Dach, the Senior Letting Consultant has been professional throughout and attentive to our questions and needs. Improvement can be made on their move-in 3rd party service Tilli, which had incorrect existing energy provider on record, and thus wasted our time in rectifying this. Overall, the professionalism throughout warrants 5-star.

Avoid Emily Lightley!! Illegal deposit holding and lying

Atrocious people rented with them over a year and at the end they illegally held my full deposit for 3 months? £1500. Then they lied to me about the flat being sold and served s21 and so many other things. Emily Lightley is the most incompetent property manager and needs to be sacked. She does not do her job and made my experience horrible. I’m shocked they hire such incompetent people.
