I rented a flat, and quite a few issues came out that were not mentioned during the viewing, but the staff helped fix them, and now the property is greatly improved.Tianna has been especially helpful with organising all the required work and contractors and communicating with the landlord.Issues can arise, but all the necessary steps were taken to fix them in a reasonable time and with the utmost professionalism.

I wanted to share my experience with Erza Musa as a property manager of the flat I have just rented with my partner about 2 months ago in Acton. Absolutely brilliant and responsive in dealing with our flat issues, sending help when needed and clarifying every aspect of our tenancy. Definitely feel looked after and will hopefully stay so throughout the rest of our tenancy!

Noor is an excellent Property Manager if you can get her when you are with LifeResidential. I had a poor experience a year ago, changed to Noor by them and it's all been smooth sailing since. She promptly replies to emails, understands the tenant and the situation and promptly finds a resolution. It made my last few months a pleasure rather than a pain in the neck.

Positive experience throughout the whole process of renting an apartment. Initial contact with Jahdel who was great at showing me around the apartments and very knowledgable about the process. Kalidass has been my property manager for a year now and he has been very helpful, particularly when it came to renewal and sorting contracts - he was speedy in getting everything sorted with the landlord.

GoogleReally bad service once I'd signed the contract and clearly they don't care now the money is locked in. No communication that I wouldn't have carpark access and had to have my removal men park 50m away and carry everything further. Several items broken on move in and over 3 weeks later still not been fixed. Many used or heavily worn items left in the flat that I've not been allowed to remove. Shambles
