Having recently had some small maintenance issues in our flat which were brushed off a few times, Vaibhav really restored our faith in the Life Residential team. When we reported the issues, Viabhav was attentive, very quick to respond, and stopped at nothing to ensure our issues were fixed promptly and professionally. Viabhav even followed up after the maintenance issues were solved, which really showed his dedication and commitment to ensuring residents have a great experience.

GoogleVery poor customer service. Rude and unhelpful and incredibly unprofessional emails. Will try everything in their power take your money & not help if anything goes wrong. Couldn’t manage our property correctly and when we got the keys to our flat for the first time there was a dirty toilet brush and duvet left, as well as furniture that hadn’t been disclosed or agreed prior to the tenancy. Just unbelievably rude.

GoogleFinding a flat to rent in London was a great challenge for us recently. We were continually disappointed with appointments to view being cancelled at short notice etc. This changed completely when we met Aiste in Life Residential. Aiste was superb to deal with. Aiste found a flat for us quickly and when the landlady changed her mind, Aiste went to work again and quickly found another and I’m happy to say, we took occupation on the 18th November. GoogleI had a wonderful and extremely positive experience renting with Life residential- Wandsworth. Ervi’s was professional and came across very well throughout the entire process. I was able to liaise with him directly with a number of questions and minor concerns that I had constantly through the day (Service almost felt 24/7). As someone who was extremely busy with work and under a small time frame to get a rental place Evir’s went above and beyond what I have experienced from other agency’s to make my service feel personable. The client relationship was great. Highly recommend and the best I’ve experienced thus far. Huge thanks to Ervis

I've been using LIFE residential letting agency for a couple of years now. I find them professional and responsive. Communication is good with frequent invoices, emails and updates on property inspections. Kalidass the property manager is very helpful and always quick to respond to any queries.Recently, Amrita negotiated a competitive new contract with the current tenants.I have had some fairly awful experiences with other letting agencies in the past, so it's nice to find one which is diligent and trustworthy.
