GoogleAbdur Rahman showed me around a property today and he was brilliant. Very friendly, knew his stuff, and took the time to go everything properly. I’d ask a lot of questions and he answered all my questions without me ever feeling rushed. Made the whole viewing a lot easier. Would definitely recommend him.

GoogleWe moved to a flat in Greenwich a few months a go and since the beginning Mahrokh has been extremely professional and helpful. We faced some issues with kitchen appliances and disagreements with the inventory but her response to our queries has been super quick, getting back to us with immediate solutions. She helped us with the move in process , our concerns on inventory and getting contractors to fix a few issues really quickly. We have rented other flats with other agencies and the difference on customer service working with Mahrokh is significant, we are really happy with her as our property manager.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleHarry has been massively helpful and honest throughout the process. Unlike other agencies has actually listened to our specific requirements. Worked quickly to organise viewings, was able to secure us a property prior to it going to market, and has managed communication with the landlord effectively thus far. Great service.

GoogleReally enjoyed working with agents at Life Residential Greenwich. They are always very responsive and polite. One of their agents, Jahzeil Reid, was able to arrange a viewing of the property 40 mins after I called them, and we ended up renting that property. Also, when renting, all the paperwork and maintenance issues are managed through the apps called - Goodlord and Fixlo, which is very convenient.

Josh W is attentive, professional and always made an effort to fit his schedule around viewings, He was also available at the weekend in case I had any questions ahead of moving in. He supported with completing all of the paperwork which took a fair amount of stress out of the process. Absolutely would recommend 👍
