GoogleI have used Life Residential for full management my rental property in Greenwich for the past 10 years, from the time of its purchase. We received excellent service throughout this time, from finding new tenants, managing the property and organizing any routine maintenance work needed. Strongly recommended as a letting management service.

GoogleThe student rental flat had repairs required and it took some months for these to be attended to. At the end of the contract despite a very very thorough clean involving an army of friends and family, the company insisted on taking money out of deposits held to pay for a totally unnecessary professional deep clean.

GoogleThe best real estate team. During our search for a property, we struggled a lot with different real estates. But not this one. We had an amazing experience with the Life Residential agency. They were efficient , organised but mainly cared about our inquieries. Kudos to Jahzeil and his colleuges.

GooglePossibly the worst estate agents we've ever had to deal with in London. They misrepresented the property at the viewing, advising us that only the furniture would remain, but having moved into the property we have no room for our belongings as the previous tenants moved out leaving junk behind and it wasn't picked up on the check out inventory. We are now being forced (by Sergi and Nathan in their property management team) to live with these items, piled up in our living room, and which include among other things, yellowing, stained (I don't even want to think about with which bodily fluids) and smelly bedding...duvets, pillows, etc... It's disgusting and a health hazard, and the agency are forcing us to keep it or else pay to remove it. Avoid this estate agent!

GoogleI choose for paid the commission to harry, because of his attitude. As a foreigner frist time come to this country at the first day, and basic on my english level is tha I came to here to improve my english in language school. He is the person who was providing a lot of help for me only, before I had met more than 5 agencys. Not only is sharing about the rent of information at SE10 area, but also taught me how to at the saving money way to use the machine in the apartment. Even help me to scan my information for the contract and vidoecall for useing they are system. However, I understand that no one support to help me, or kind to me. His attitude is deserve to choose.

GoogleMoved to a property managed by Life Residential with molds and they didn’t disclose it until we moved in. Very rude and unprofessional lettings team shouting at clients. Unbelievable behavior.

GoogleJess Hare has managed my rental property for some time now. Whenever there has been any issue with the property she has informed me and given me a cost to get the problem sorted (which have always been very reasonable) which means I can approve swiftly and the job gets done avoiding emails going back and to, and sorting the issue out for the tenant thereby keeping them happy too and avoiding expensive changes in tenancy. I would not hesitate in recommending Jess, she is professional, efficient and courteous.
