I had a very positive experience with Gibril from Life Residential. He was very informative, happy to keep me up to date and adjust the search quickly based on my requirements and made extra time whenever I needed it. He made a stressful time more manageable. Unfortunately not the same can be said about all agents at this office. Gibril was running late to one appointment and another agent took his place to show me around. While I understand he was not fully prepared for the viewing, he displayed a clear lack of interest and my impression was he just wanted the viewing to be over and saw it as a nuisance. I would highly recommend Gibril for anyone looking for an apartment but to be mindful as not every agent shows the same level of professionalism. I did not end up renting through them so I cannot comment on their service past viewings.

I was glad to interact with Daniele Spadaro, an Italian professional who blends his warm Italian kindness with a typical English efficiency and punctuality. Daniele was very helpful on the occasion of a contractual renewal of a lease agreement for my flat; he took care of several details and showed understanding for my key requirements at a time when the UK laws on residential leases are changing significantly. He was also cooperative soon after signature of the contract, which is not common amongst real estate agents. Daniele is very reliable, honest and pragmatic. Moreover, If necessary, he will make himself available at any time (very rare in London!). Highly recommended.

I'm a landlord that's re-locating and needed help renting out my flat in Greenwich with speed and as hands-off as possible. I really enjoyed working with the team over at Life. Vanessa, Jaz & all the staff were super attentive. I originally went in person to say hi. They were very accommodating and quick to speak me, smiley and offered refreshments. We worked out a 90 day plan of action in the run up to when I needed to rent out. From there - the back & forth emails and calls were super useful and made the process smooth. They offered: 1) great impartial advice 2) optionality to work with them on different plans while explaining the differences 3) weren't over-bearing or intrusive and .... 4) importantly always called ahead before flat viewings as my wife and I work from home. I would highly recommend using them - thanks Life Team (there was small village of you in the end) from Tom + Maya + Tamu the dog
