GoogleI had a great experience flat hunting with Gibril through Life Residential. Gibril was super attentive and professional. Arranging viewings was super quick and efficient as he showed me multiple flats in the area in one appointment. He was attentive to details and answered all my questions. GoogleJust moved into a rented apartment in Greenwich and the service from Keishan and Bethany was really good. Very friendly and attentive, they even showed me into the flat on my moving in day. Mine was a protracted and unique sale with new legislation and even a tenancy starting within it.
Throughout the sales team have both been brilliant and patient in pushing the sale and negotiating with all the parties. Advice was always clear, sensitive and accurate.

GoogleWorked with LiFE Residential Greenwich as a tenant, two things to mention:
1. Property search/viewings/offer - Jahzeil Reid was the agent who has shown me around, he was helpful, polite and responded in a timely manner.
2. Property management - property manager was uncooperative at the start and had to be reminded about tenancy terms, after that however the reparis were carried out relatively fast.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. Our property manager is refusing to return an undisputed deposit amount of over Β£2,000 (we moved out 2 months ago). Clients are hounded with emails asking for google reviews, and a lot seem to be from friends & family of β¦
