Vanessa managed to let the property before the pictures had even been taken. Thorough inventory service also. Very professional. Only slight niggle was that the initial advised rent valuation was lower than what was achieved, however it was in line with historical rents in what I consider to be a generally undervalued development. There is an estate agent (not LIFE) in the development which has been influential in those historical valuations. Happy to have chosen to have gone with LIFE (which are in an adjacent development, and have achieved high values in that development).

I would highly reccommend Harry Free. From the viewings to reference checks to moving in, Harry couldn't have been more helpful. Harry is friendly, and swiftly responds to questions and queries. He made what can be quite a stressful process of moving as easy as it can be. He's an absolute credit to Life Residential. Special mention also to Vanessa and Xantia who helped with the process :) Update: Now with a bit of time living in the property we've found that the service just gets better. Our property manager Sergi DSantos has always been unbelieveably quick in getting back to our emails and resolving problems in lightening speed, all the while keeping us updated.

I highly recommend Vanessa and Harry of Life Residential Greenwich. Vanessa is a star in what she does. She found me a new home in London in under 2 weeks. She was efficient and organised viewing of 6 properties in 1 day, all done to my requirement as conversed on the phone. And she also helped to push and solve any potential rental problems posted by my family’s visa and all while keeping clear communication to help us understand the progress. As a new Londoner who just relocated from outside of the UK, all of these efficiency and efforts by Vanessa meant much more than a flat to me and instilled a lot of confidence in me starting a new life in London. I highly recommend Mr. Harry Free to anyone looking for an apartment and commend him for his professionalism, swift response and taking excellent care of his clients. I rang LiFE Residential after having worked with two other lettings companies and was immediately impressed by the speed at which Harry worked. After a quick brief over the telephone, Harry lined up 4 viewings for me in under 2 hours, each adhering to my search criteria. However, what was most remarkable was when he recommended an apartment that was fresh on the market but wasn’t in my original search criteria (a west-facing apartment). Through a respectfully persuasive approach, Harry told me that I had to see the apartment to believe it and how right he was! It was an incredible apartment with sweeping views of the London skyline and clearly, Harry is a true advisor who has displayed a strong ability at anticipating the needs of his clients, even before they know it! LiFE Residential was also a class-act when it came to handling my reference checks and move-in process; everything was smooth and easy. On move-in day, Harry made sure that everything went smoothly and he even walked me through the neighbourhood and gave me handy pointers on making my stay a pleasant one. Overall Life Residential are very helpful, I dealt with Harry Free who was excellent from the first day I called to enquire about a property until the day I moved in. One of the best letting agents I have dealt with - Harry will look after you! On the down side, the referencing process they follow and the agency they use are extremely difficult and unreasonable which made the application process challenging when it didn't need to be.
