GoogleGabriele Smidtait is an extremely helpful, polite, professional and pro-active letting agent. Always keeping me informed and happy to provide support/answers when needed - with excellent turnaround times (unlike most other agents in London). She was able to quickly understand what would/wouldn't be suitable, which made my property search easier. She was also accommodating with virtual viewings during the covid pandemic. Other agents in London were non-responsive, didn't know anything about the properties they let, and just didn't deliver the goods. Harry was also very efficient at processing all the applications/verifications at short notice. I would definitely reccomend this agent/Life Residential to others, as they are helpful/approachable and actually do what they say they're going to do.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleGibril helped us with a viewing in Cutty Sark that was a beautiful apartment. He was very kind and responsive and gave us a number of different options that fit our criteria. Unfortunately, our experience with Life Residential overall was quite frustrating, given there were 4 rounds of back and forth between us, other tenants, and the landlord to the point that there was a difference of £400 pounds in monthly rent between the first and final offer. Moreover, we were told to put through an offer for the flat without furniture, even though the flat was advertised as furnished on the Life Residential website. This made us feel that the agency's approach was to prioritize the profit of the landlord rather than helping us out as tenants. Compared to other viewings and agencies we have had experiences with, this is the highest number of back and forths we have experienced, making the bidding process very stressful. We have now found a flat with another agency that did not put us through this process.

GoogleNot terribly happy with these guys. They found me a tenant but they are all over the place. They don’t answer calls, they don’t respond to emails or answer questions and a month in I see no rent. They don’t read emails I send and the wrong emails get sent to the wrong people Bit shoddy to be honest

GoogleThe worst experience with this agency. Never rely on them in London. They will make you go in circles and are never prompt in their responses. No single point of contact. You will have to chase them always. Pathetic customer service. Post lease transition and process of key collection and refund of security is horrible. They charge you unnecessarily and don't even have sufficient details of what was already provided by Landlord and what tenant brought with them. They never receive calls and never call back when asked to do so. We are still awaiting finalisation of our post lease exit and despite 2 months being passed they are still stuck.
Thank you for your feedback, this is certainly not the standard of service we wish to provide. We understand you are in touch with management already who will be actively working on returning the deposit as quickly as possible.

GoogleI have been delighted with the standard of service that we have received from the Life Residential Team from my initial engagement right up to moving in and beyond. Under the leadership of Cliff Walker every interaction has been first rate. The wider team, including Angel in reference team and Rosita with maintenance / inventory checks, have all been spot on. Robin in the Greenwich office has a refreshing can do approach and nothing has been too much trouble from the off for any of the team I have been engaged with. Overall, I’d have no hesitation in recommending Life Residential whether as a tenant or landlord. Really impressive work by everyone.
