Avoid like the Plague

Took 1 month to provide me with the fob for the building, and therefore could not use the amenities that I was paying for. Handed the flat over in complete disarray, nothing works, and now taking 1 month to deal with dampness and mould in the flat.

Can’t recommend at all! They won’t return your deposit. We’ve been asking for it since 3 months and they fail to reply and won’t give us any updates about it. If they do it’s just a generic answer that the responsible employee is on leave right now. 100% won’t rent with them again.
