GoogleOnce you move in they just ignore you. I have not received instructions on how to use the equipment in the flat. Can't put the heating on for 2 weeks in December! No information about how to pay for water, heating, zero assistance. Just not replying. I will not suggest using them to rent out your property because of their poor service, exorbitant fees, and the fact that tenants move in after the contract is completed. They don't give a damn!. I would strongly advise renting out or selling your property somewhere else!

As a tenant renting a property through Life Residential, I was charged a heft cleaning fee, despite the fact that the apartment had been professionally cleaned upon vacancy. At the end of a lease term, they are abusive and hostile, and completely unfair once you are on the exiting of a contract, trying to find excuses to take every single pence out of your pocket. Tenants beware.
