Very good experience, handles queries efficiently and keeps me updated with regards to the tenancy. The only reason I give 4 stars is that it would have been better if I was contacted about how the tenants were getting on after they moved in, rather than myself having to chase for this info.

The student rental flat had repairs required and it took some months for these to be attended to. At the end of the contract despite a very very thorough clean involving an army of friends and family, the company insisted on taking money out of deposits held to pay for a totally unnecessary professional deep clean.

I have used Life Residential to Find a flat to rent, Their service is highly recommended, They take care of everything. Personal experience with Claudio my Flat manager, He is very helpful and quick responder as well. He always tries to find a way to help and he doesnβt mind sending tutorials if I have a problem with any of the devices.I would give Life Residential and Claudio 5 stars.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. They will be attentive during the sales process but as soon as you sign on the dotted line you are bottom of the queue. They do not respond to queries or fix issues in the property despite having promised to do so. At the end of tenancy, they run a racket with a cleaning company to extort an inflated amount for cleaning and steaming from your deposit.

We let out a good number of flats through Life and have just been taken safely through a period of multiple renewals with no significant voids - these guys are great at finding good tenants quickly and keeping us well informed at every stage of the process. Generally excellent service on sales/management side.
