Renting with LIFE for four years now and I’ve been nothing but satisfied so far. Kalidass and Nicola have managed my property, and they have been quick and professional in every stage or issue that occurred.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. They will be attentive during the sales process but as soon as you sign on the dotted line you are bottom of the queue. They do not respond to queries or fix issues in the property despite having promised to do so. At the end of tenancy, they run a racket with a cleaning company to extort an inflated amount for cleaning and steaming from your deposit.

TrustpilotDoesn't Return Your Deposit
Life residential doesn't return deposit. It took long months to agree on deductions and even after all was agreed they didn't return the entire amount and manager stopped responding to emails or phone calls.

After we rented a place via LiFE Residential, the company assigned a property manager to handle our tenancy. Christopher, our property manager is very responsible and helpful. On the day we moved in, we found that the water meter of our new home keeps spinning even all the valves were closed. Christopher immediately arranged an engineer to check and followed up on our case in a timely manner! We were so grateful to have Christopher as our property manager who has been very helpful and responsive. Excellent service!

Relentless bombarding us with their leaflets put through out letterbox, like almost trying to harass us into selling or renting though them. Its getting annoying, we get literally piles of crap from estate agents including Life Residential and we're sick of it.

GoogleThe agent were so friendly and helpful when helping me search for a flat. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole process.
