I would like to comment on Kalidass Uvaraj, a senior property manager with Life. My previous tenant has disputes with bills and charges which has exceeded his deposit. Kalidass has provided information and assistance to the adjudicator for the arbitration. During the whole process (around 3 months), he has been thorough with the claim details and prompt in his replies to my queries. The outcome of the arbitration is satisfactory; Kalidass has certainly been instrumental in ensuring a smooth process.

Our contract was due a review and Amrita handled our queries promptly, efficiently and with highly professional standards.Itβs worth also to say that the flat had a couple of improvements that needed action when we moved in one year ago and even if initially took a bit longer than expected the agency caught up and at this moment in time we always get our queries addressed quickly and repairs are done on time and keeping in mind our preferences.We love our flat and we feel our comfort is taken into consideration. π

Sophie(our property manager) has been dissapointing. Repairs/maintanence work always needs chasing. She often needs more than 1 reminder to act on issues. There have been many instances where the service received has been subpar.Iβve been with Life Residential for more than 5 years and have had pleasant experiences with my previous property managers(Claudia Nicholls and Mandii Aujeley) however it is dissapointing that I cannot say the same for Sophie. In fact, one of the reasons I have chosen to move out from the afformentioned property has been due to the poor customer service received since Sophie became our property manager. Iβm not one to complain or post negative feedback but the continous need to chase/her lack of proffesionalism is something that I think needs addressing.

GoogleI would definitely recommend LiFE - they are easy to deal with and very responsive whenever there is any issue. Cristina Luntraru in particular has been wonderful and always has our best interest at heart. She has helped me in several occasions, most recently with a personal dream of mine, where she helped contact the landlord and provided me with a response in less than two hours; calling me after work hours to tell me personally some life changing news!

GoogleI would really like to take this chance to thank the whole team at LIFE Residential, especially (Wesley Robinson from the letting consultants & Marta Floriou from the letting progressor) they managed to accommodate me in a very short time, you guys really saved me from ending up in a hotel room!! my time was super tight, they have done the paper work, referencing and the tenenacy stuff within only 2 days! TrustpilotEXTREMELY BAD SERVICE!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER
Given a house without checking basic things like water pressure or dishwasher. The agency advised to use a gym to take a shower or use sink to wash dishes.The kitchen appliances do not work properly except for Hob. The mail box is stuffed with older mails due to which I'm missing my mails. Till date they haven't been able to help with intercom.It has been almost 3 weeks and the major issues are still pending. There are so many issues and queries that it's difficult to track or get a response for!Very frustrated with the way things are getting handled. Contractor comes every Friday and tells a new issue. After this nothing gets done till the next Friday.

GoogleTheir brand manager, Claudia Nicholls, is very bad at communication and poor management. Going to get contract with them means that you have high chance of not getting your full deposit back and they will not send you money only if you go for distribution procedure which take ages. I will try avoid to get any cooperation with them.

TrustpilotNo help, Flat has massive water damage from broken extractor fans.
Been with them for almost 7 months now. They were super pushy when we were signing document, telling us important information last minuet and wasting our time. We moved in to a flat which clearly had a poor cleaning and inventory to the extent were broken and unsanitary items were left. It took us 3 months for it to be agreed that we could dispose of these items. The bathroom had extreme mould in which clearly hadn't been treated and bad water damage with silverfish. I had to buy my own products and removed it within two treatments. The extractor fan unit has been broken this entire time. Even though we have told them about this from the start, they still wont issue any repair work. Due to water damage everything break super easily, mould in the bedrooms. We issued repair jobs and they come back to us and say due to use refusing a 3 hour job previously (bare in mind we waited in all day and the repair company came at 6pm to do a job we was not expected/complained about) they are being difficult to have workers some out to perform an urgent job. Honestly the most incompetent workers I've ever encountered, even management will just refer you to complaint process with no actions. They are 100% in breach of contract.
