GoogleThey didn’t provide an inventory list at moving in and tried to make unlawful charges when we moved out. They’ve been refusing to give us back ALL our deposit despite only £300 are in dispute. They tried to also make unlawful charges during the tenancy and stopped as soon as I quoted the renting law. They ignore our emails and keep delaying giving us the deposit. Through out the process of asking for the deposit back, we found that they didn’t insure the full amount of deposit we paid. GoogleDealing with this agency and its agent was an absolute waste of time. Unprofessional and wishy washy 3rd world service for simple requests from us. My husband dealt with the agent for the most part of the time, since he has way too much patience than I with this kind of behaviour that is rather typical in the 3rd world countries we've lived. But I had my breaking point and hence this review. We asked 3 flat viewings which were supposed to be available, but were denied and made to choose only one (no proper reason given) after agreeing to first review the sloppily done virtual videos, but then when it was time for an actual on-site review and trying to lock in a date and time as well as enquire additional information the wishy washy responses by email with a hefty delay occurred. We do not recommend this agency and the agent Ifrahim Farooqi. Simply do better!

GoogleNot satisfied with renting with them to be honest. They never fix the issues you flag to them as a tenant and you spend ages chasing them to get things fixed. Still waiting for an issue to be fixed that I flagged back in November. Honestly atrocious.

I never leave reviews, but I have to say that Life Residential are by far the worst group of people I've ever had to work with. Our property manager changed every 5 minutes (probably have such high turn over of staff cuz this agency is appalling) , no one would ever update us, they never knew what was going on with anything - I literally had to remind them that my tenancy was ending, terrible customer service, everyone I encountered was extremely rude. I would avoid them at all costs.
