Life Residential are a truly 5-star agency.I purchased my apartment from them, rented a parking space as well as eventually letting out my property with them, and in each experience they were brilliant. A special mention to Eduard for helping getting my property listed so quickly and also for finding good tenants and finally a massive thank you to Shruti for being an amazing property manager for the twelve months that my property was rented out.

One feedback I have though - Understandable that agents earn through the landlords and tends to be landlord-biased but in a landlord's world it would be nice if agents helped tenants exercise what a tenant should consider (eg: quality of building etc.) before renewing terms

A Terrible experience from start to finish, we signed a two-year contract and after one year they wanted to put our rent up by 20%, we negotiated down to 10% and so had to move the second year. It's now been 6 weeks since leaving and we still have not got our deposit back, its proving impossible to get any sense of urgency or accountability from any team member.

Diana Chu helped us in a very efficient and responsive way when we reported some maintenance issues to Life Residential. She touched base with me regularly on the issues to be fixed, in order to make sure that the right actions were being taken without delay. I feel that she had a lot of consideration towards us as a family as she knew we have a toddler and she acted accordingly. I really appreciate all the hard work and efficiency she demonstrated.

Life Residential in London (2 Lakeside Drive) is one of the WORST LETTING agencies in UK to do business with as a LANDLORD. 1. They are always looking for things to "fix" in your rented apartment -- no matter if it needs fixing or not.2. Any small "fix" is charged at a HIGH PREMIUM. Example: Toilet leak costs over 200 GBP to fix???3. Example: A small damaged wood plank in the patio (no complaints from the Tenant) was estimated to cost to repair over 2,200 GBP!!!! 4. They always take the side of the Tenant on ALL ISSUES.5. As someone that was using them from 2007 (over 15 years), once I fired them last year, their "professionalism" drastically changed and they became non-responsive to open issues.6. They owe me 400 GBP and are sitting on it with no action waiting for me to continuously chase them to refund my money.7. They refuse to provide escalations within their office to their GM and/or UK Government bodies and ignore my requests. 8. ...If you want a responsive and honest Letting Agency, stay away from this outfit. If you are a LANDLORD based outside UK, stay away from this outfit -- they will eat up your lettings earrings with high-prices "fixes" or work not really necessary.
