Great support from Life Residential representatives (particularly Ashleigh Bates and Ilinca Ioanovici) on some of the maintenance issue we had in the flat. Fast, efficient and professional. There is also an automated tool provided to tenants by Life Residential to report any issues and move all the way to having an engineer or contractor attending and fixing the issue, which is very cool and nicely designed.

GoogleReally impressed by how quickly the viewing was arranged and how professionally it was done. Ethan was very quick to respond to my request. He sent me a video over WhatsApp to see if I want to proceed. The video provided a good overview of the apartment. Once I was satisfied, he very quickly set up a viewing. He followed up very quickly after the viewing. Ifrahim was the gentleman who showed me the property. He was punctual and very polite. Once in the apartment, he gave a nice overview. What I liked about him was that he allowed me to take my time to look at whatever I wanted. The other thing about him was that he was very honest and upfront about the limited parking availability (when I told about a possibility of getting a car). Life Residential is a good company and has good professionals. Unfortunately, I went into a bad moment in my life but I received respectful treatment from Life Residential. I'd like to mention Luke Parker for his incredible work and for being respectful and proactive. He does brilliant work and he helped me a lot and trusted in me when I was in need. My flat is managed by Life Residential. I have had a few issues that needed addressing including maintenance of the boiler, smoke alarms and attending to my tenants for various reasons. They have been superb. On top of everything, polite and informative and would recommend their service. I would like to thank Christina for her hard work and professionalism

GoogleI paid all of their management and letting fees when I rented the flat from them for two years. Who the hell knows what the letting and management fees are used for? for them to take comfortable, warm seats in the office. I had complained to them about the tenant using the living room as a place to live and sleep. This could harm the couch. They hadn't taken any action in that regard. I quickly replaced the agent when the previous tenant moved out, he stole kitchen and bathroom storage units and damaged the sofa. I attempted to get this from my tenant deposit, but I was only given a £180 instead. The agent is unwilling to accept accountability. i even paid over £200 for inventory check in and check out report. that was worthless.The agent is pulling back, deciding not to pursue this further. I would advise against using a Life Residential agent, terrible letting and sales Agent!!!
Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. We understand that the deposit deductions went through the adjudication process with Mydeposits. Your Property Manager advised prior to this, that the deductions you proposed were unlikely to be awarded at the dispute stage, and unfortunately this was the case. Mydeposits is an independent government approved scheme which provide legally binding adjudications on deposit disbursement and so we are unable to overrule their findings. I believe you are currently in touch with your Property Manager and a Senior Manager who will address your concerns further.

GoogleLife is very slow to replies, you will often have to chase them up and it could take weeks to months for them to get back to you. The quality of their work and their communication is awful. Lots of mistakes and not professional as a company. The property handed to us stated professionally cleaned but it was so dirty to the point of disgusting, black curly hair EVERYWHERE! We were suggested to clean the place ourselves cause their in house cleaner had come by twice already (life called them back and got them to do it again as it wasn’t up to standard apparently). The picture attached was the end result. Handed the place back, fully professionally cleaned, mended a lot of broken things and improved the quality of the flat before leaving. They turned around and said the place was “clean with omissions”. I laughed cause it was so much more cleaned than the handover. They were too lazy to update their inventory. Fault on their end but we pay the price. Give very serious consideration before considering life as your silent residential liaison.

To date, Life Residential have not disappointed us. They are professional in their service, prompt in problem solving and sensitive to any concerns highlighted. The fact LR is our First n only Agent since our flat was delivered in 2012 speaks volume of the level of satisfaction. Quite honestly, there were some unhappy periods, but these are to be expected when managing a large company like LR. Keep up the good work.

It is always been frustrating to move in new house, and understanding access at new place, but our property manager Shruti Shringarpure has made our life easy and went out of the way to help us out with our new property. We faced many issues after moving, but every time she has looked after our needs and sorted out our problems with ease. The worst letting agent ever.I have an issue with re-referencing. The referencing agent they use, Goodlord is totally hopeless.They promised that they would help, but at the end we were put in circles.The lady of their Admin team is extremely rude I have to say. Keep arguing with customers and never admit anything she did wrong. She always try her best to make an excuse and blame the problem on customers. Once she can’t argue with you, she simply doesn’t reply. It would be great if she use that effort at sorting out my problem.They are very passive as well. You always have to chase them for updates. Otherwise things are not going to be sorted out.I remember last year I had another issue with them. When I moved in they refused because they said no money was received. But at the end of the day, it was their mistake checking the wrong bank account. They never apologised.I think this company is simply incapable of doing their job decently.So in a nutshell, avoid.
