Our agent, Daemon Reah, was extremely helpful throughout the process, right from assisting with a viewing while we were abroad, walking us through every step patiently from time to time over a call/email/whatsapp and providing all necessary details once we arrived in the UK. He was always prompt and understood our requirements very well. We faced zero hassles during the entire renting procedure and would definitely recommend Daemon and Life Residential to tenants. TrustpilotAvoid Emily Lightley!! Illegal deposit holding and lying
Atrocious people rented with them over a year and at the end they illegally held my full deposit for 3 months? £1500. Then they lied to me about the flat being sold and served s21 and so many other things. Emily Lightley is the most incompetent property manager and needs to be sacked. She does not do her job and made my experience horrible. I’m shocked they hire such incompetent people.

After having issues with our previous property manager, Noor El Chamcham took over the managment of our two properties. Noor has always been extremely precise, attentive and fast replying to all our enquiries and making sure the apartments were very well taken care. She has been amazing in helping with the sale of the property organizing very quickly a heat pump maintenance and everything needed for the keys handover.

I had some unusual requirements and whilst some estate agents have been pretty unhelpful in this regard, Scott took the time to find some properties that met my needs and quickly arranged for us to view them. He was friendly throughout - and if I ever need an estate agent again, I know where I'll be going!

GoogleStay away from LiFE Residential. It was an awful experience and the worst property agency I have ever dealt with - it took ages for the property agent to address issues at home that needed fixing, super not responsive and it took 2 months to get our deposit back after we moved out. It's super inefficient dealing with them, for instance, the landlord had agreed to remove some furniture when we first moved in and they didn't keep track on all this communication and proposed to incur cost on us on "missing items", resulting in us needed to remind what we agreed at the first place. I would not recommend them.

Rosita Kausiute is our property manager and we have been very lucky to have her. We had a leakage and she dealt with the issue immediately and was very responsive on the emails. She called the engineers and followed up until last minute. We have been in the flat for almost 3 years and have had several property managers, however Rosita is the only one who has been so punctual and helpful.Thank you for your work!

Nothing is too much to ask and she genuinely cares about you rather than just being another number. Everything is handled quickly and efficiently and with very minimal effort from my side. She is truly a joy to work with and one of the biggest reasons that I’ve stayed for so long.

GoogleIt is a very professional agency. Wesley Robinson kindly understood our difficulties and helped us. The British housing system was very difficult to adapt to because it was different from the home of my country. James was kind enough to help me when I asked him about the boiler and other problems even after I moved. I think it would be very helpful if you were a foreigner and found a house in London for the first time.
