Spoke with Natalie and Nicky. Both extremely unprofessional and trying to sell a flat where no one could possibly live in. The worst part is the level of communication, speaking with shortened/slang terms and sending emails without properly addressing any concerns. Both myself and another person will never be viewing a flat through them again.

Oscar, thank you for taking the time provide us a review. Whilst we endeavour to meet everyones expectations, we are human can make errors, especially when dealing with so many people across multiple properties. However, in this case, the error was not ours.
24/9 - Oscar responds to pre tenancy questions (before a viewing is arranged).
25/09 - Klaudia emails 14.12 offering the opportunity to view 30/09
25/09 - Klaudia responds that we cant carry out a viewing on 26/09 as the tenants are moving and reconfirms the offer of showing on 30/09 at 5pm (email at 19.20)
30/09 - Klaudia emails at 12.03 to postpone the viewing as the tenant was still moving and preferred no access. She offered 9:45 on 01/10 asking if this works-there was no response to this.
01/10 -Klaudia received calls three on her mobile at 10.03 and then a futher five times.
As per the above, we had no knowledge of your intention to visit this morning, had we had a response from you yesterday informing us, we would have known to let you know the property subsequently went under offer.
Either way, we apologies for any incovenience and hope you feel it appropriate to remove this review.

Take with a pinch of salt any advertised asking price as this agent actively encourages bidding wars between prospective tenants, which is a shame as the flat was very nice but being asked to increase our offer multiple times over the original price "to match other offers" doesn't sit right with us.

As mentioned to all applicants at the time of enquiry, during the block viewing and subsequent offer (we received 8), we had a lot of interest. We asked each applicant when deciding to offer to ensure it was their full and final offer. As a result of the current rental climate, where demand outstrips supply we achieved over asking price. This is not a bidding war, nor is it encouraged. Rather ,it is simple economics of the current rental market. I understand the disappointment in not achieving the property you wanted and wish you the best of luck for the future.
