GoogleVery professional and helpful staff, Nicky and Joshua K., who helped us settle in after a big move from the Far East. The flat is still not perfect, however, Joshua has been very attentive and helpful in responding to our needs. We are still waiting for a few bits, but the property is what we were looking for, after months of search. A highly recommended agent!

GooglePositive experience with very good communication with the agent throughout the process and some flexibility offered in terms of contract sign date and furnishing of the flat. Flat was neat and tidy although dirty windows and some repairs were still carried out after the beginning of tenancy. Little support was offered with the move in process but overall we were happy with the service.
As international students you were a pleasure to deal with. communicative and efficient even whilst one of the flat mates were abroad. We take in to account your advice regarding move in, perhaps in the future we will add flat moving services as part of our resume . Wishing you a Happy tenancy.
