GoogleI recently moved to the UK from another country and this was my first experience applying for a flat from over seas. Needless to say I was a bit nervous at first about the overall process but Selwyn did an amazing job and put my mind at ease. He kept my co tenant and I up to date through out each step of our application and was extremely friendly and professional. We are both very happy with our new home and would definitely recommend Selwyn and Leaders Forest Hill for your next flat search! :)

GoogleWe placed our property on the rental market with Leaders Forest Hill and found them to be excellent. Working with the Forest Hill office we found their service to be helpfull and supportive dealing all our questions, no question or issues was too big, small or silly to merit their full professional attention. Where we need support with issues that extended beyond their brief they were quick and willing to help us. We worked largely with Selwyn at Leaders and we can not recommend him highly enough, his knowledge and calm attentive manor made letting our properties easy. Credit also to their compliment of staff as the backup support to Selwyn, we always found someone to promtly deal with our question. We had the properties with other agents, but Leaders Forest Hill were the one to correctly call the rental market and deliver what they said they would.!

GoogleThis review is purely for Amie, who has changed our experience of property management at Leaders. Amie is helpful, responsive and reliable -all you would want in a property manager. She has facilitated an excellent relationship between ourselves and our landlords, even though they live overseas. Amie is quick to respond and update on matters, when needed and does so in a friendly and helpful way. She co-ordinates communications between tenants, landlords and contractors excellently and seeks win-win solutions. She demonstrates an excellent understanding of the needs of all parties. She is a huge asset to Leaders, the experience of property management has changed so much since she came on board. We will be sad to no longer be dealing with her.

GoogleMy recent move was one of the easiest things I’ve done this year, Selwyn was amazing, he was punctual and very professional during viewings and he made himself available to answer my many questions. I was able to move within two weeks of viewing the property. The property itself was exactly as described on the website. the website itself was clear, easy to understand and navigate. The process was very electronic. I was able to send documents and complete requests on the go. I would definitely recommend Selwyn and his team at leaders to anyone looking for a smooth move.
