GoogleUpdate: just the worst property management ever. Always need to badger and pester to get anything repaired. Even fire safety issues, nothing happens. Chase chase chase. These people HATE doing their job. Don't believe the nonsense reply below, they don't strive to do anything. Original: Useless. Getting anything fixed takes an inordinate amount of effort. They do the bare minimum. Everything sent at the last minute. Everything needs chasing. I have been chasing a repair for over 13 months that was present when we moved in. If you are a landlord looking for property management services I recommend you negotiate them down, because whatever they're charging you it is too.much.
