GoogleMade an enquiry over Zoopla. First they couldn't find the enquiry because of 'system issues' then they asked what I wanted. I explained that I was looking for a place in central london and was happy to pay a few months up front and would like a bit of a deal. The word 'deal' triggered a very different attitude from the person on the phone and he wasn't interested. People have had empty properties for over a year and if I had a property in central London, I would not market it through these guys. Very unprofessional.

GoogleA great stay. The perfect apartment and great location. Check-in was quick and there were no problems. We were looked after by Leticia, a lovely girl who spoke Spanish. The day we left we left something in the apartment and we were able to recover it without any problem. Highly recommended.
