An incredible experience working with LDG estate agents. My first interaction was with Vas who showed me the property and knew every detail of it. There was no pressure to decide quickly which is completely unheard of when renting so that was a wonderful breath of fresh air. I then worked with Freya on dealing with the admin required for renting the property and that was a seamless process from their end, through and through. Very professional, would 100% recommend.

Vas and the LDG team went above and beyond during the entire process: making sure things were moving along at each step, explaining the UK rental system, and advocating on my behalf with the landlord. The entire team was transparent, communicative, and incredibly helpful. During the tenant check and signing process, Freya was thoughtful and thorough-- she took all my questions into consideration and addressed all my concerns related to the agreement, ensuring I felt confident before signing. Overall, this team was incredibly kind, efficient, and accommodating. Everyone with whom I interacted went above and beyond to make sure my experience was positive (including squeezing me in last-minute to see the flat and bringing me the key at a convenient location the picking up was difficult!!). For the part of the process that is within their control to manage, I cannot recommend this team enough!

Appalling service from LDG - after okay first impressions, me and my partner came to understand that they were very unprofessional in their dealings. After initial contact on Friday requesting viewing access we had no further contact until Monday where I myself had to enquire separately to get anywhere on this where I was confidently assured verbally that a viewing for Wednesday was possible backing up the initial email sent by Themis Pollalis. This then went unconfirmed until yesterday Themis had sent an email to my partner confirming that an offer was already accepted and so viewings were to be cancelled. To reiterate we were told that viewings were only to take place on Wednesday as confirmed by the current tenant for access so to this we were confused. After requesting an update from Vas in the same office, I was then made aware to my surprise that the current tenant is actually ‘considering’ to renew her tenancy after already giving notice contradicting Themis’s statement and was actually in contact with the property management team this whole time ‘in the background’ as Themis has mentioned; wasting mine, my partners and other interested members’ time. When questioned on why this wasn’t communicated between parts of the company, I was met with a sigh and told ‘I don’t have to clarify anything to you’. So in a nutshell, me and my partner have experienced missed representation of the situation with very unprofessional demeanour, refusal to clarify the situation when asked about this further, very poor communication between parts of the company and all before even entering the property for a viewing, I’d hate to think what it would be like living with them as the managing agent. I simply do not believe I could trust this agent in the future and will be actively avoiding dealing with them and their listed properties. As a landlord myself, I would be horrified if I was to find out my agent was behaving in this manner when representing me and my property. If I could I would be giving this agency a 0 star review. AVOID.

I had a truly smooth and positive experience with this agency, and I want to especially thank Themis and Freya for their outstanding support. I first reached out to Themis about a property, and he quickly arranged a viewing on the same day. This property was truly impressive, it was clear that both the landlord and the agency had taken great care in maintaining it, far better than any other place I had seen before, so I decided to take it right away. By the next day, we were already making an offer, and I was able to move in the following week, everything progressed efficiently and without stress. Themis is highly professional, very responsive, and clearly knows the properties he represents inside out. He made the entire search process feel easy and well-managed. After the offer was accepted, Freya guided me through all the administrative steps. She is detail-oriented, accurate, and consistently quick to respond. When I needed to purchase a new oven, she thoughtfully found two options for me to choose from, which I really appreciated. Her effectiveness and professionalism made the paperwork and payment process feel structured and secure. All contracts and rental procedures were handled properly, and my move-in went perfectly. I’m very happy with my new home and grateful for the support I received throughout the process. Wishing both Themis and Freya continued success in their work（^^), I highly recommend this agency.

The viewing was well-organised, and he’s always been quick to reply to any questions. I worked with LDG on several projects, and state with confidence that they are top professionals. Whatever the complexity of the process, they would provide best possible advice, help with finding solutions, and if a question is outside their area of expertise, they always seem to have a trusted contact to recommend. Their knowledge of Fitzrovia property market is outstanding, but in my view, what makes them unique is their ability to ‘connect’ a property to a client (or a client to the property- I’ve experienced both versions ;) The person I’d like to sing a special praise for is Harrison. Guess, 4 months of my daily calls/ texts/ emails were tough enough… but on top of that I also liked to visit LDG office (friendly atmosphere and supportive smiles of all at LDG was the best remedy on days when things didn’t go as planned;) Never once Harrison left any of my questions without a prompt answer… and on one occasion, when I thought that the deal had fallen through, he just wrote to me a warm email, which gave me confidence to carry on… Priceless…!
