GoogleWorked with Glen to find a new place for our team and he was awesome. Worked with us to identify general areas around London that could help suit various commutes on our team and then identified some great properties that met our brief. GoogleAn agency that will do its best to find you place, no questions asked! Themis was on point in his communications, aswell as the swift manner that he was able to find us an apartment to rent in these hectic times was massively appreciated. The best agent if you’re looking for a flat in Central London (Fitzrovia/Covent Garden etc.). Additionally, other members of the LDG team such as Aleesha, were great too and they were able to help us in any query that we had prior to the moving-in process. The experience that I had with LDG was so great that I have even recommended the agency to friends of mine that were looking for a place to rent. It goes without saying that after a couple of weeks of finding a place to rent for me, it was their turn to find a place and in just a matter of days they had found their own place too! Highly recommended!

GoogleAs a landlord I only have praise for LDG. When problems come up with tenants they are helpful, constructive and professional. In particular Minette Ribeiro has been particularly helpful with a recent tenant problem. On the other side I have always had 100% positive experience finding tenants through them in a timely and competent fashion. Would recommend them to any landlord.

GoogleOf the many, many (many) estate agents with whom I worked while trying find a flat to rent, Emlyn was the kindest and most respectful. He listened to all of my requirements and got a sense for the type of property I wanted, which allowed him to send me listings that I was actually interested in seeing. Not only this, but Emlyn is a really pleasant person to work with. I always looked forward to our viewings, and I cannot recommend Emlyn enough.

GoogleWe stayed at 59 Great titchfield road apartment. The apartment was great! Amazing location just minutes away from everything but also in a quiet location. Bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was small so probably sleeps more 2-3 people comfortably but no more. Had a problem with the washing machine as had to do a wash but Andrey came round promptly on the Sunday night straight away to fix it as I had a flight early Monday morning. Nice bars and restaurants literally right next door. Would highly recommend it

GoogleSuper responsive! Residents were disturbed by bright security lights in a 3rd party basement area shining upwards into flats. I reported this to Shanai at LDG. She replied the same day, letting me know that she booked for a team to re-align the lights within 3 days. This was done and now everyone can sleep better :-) Before and after pictures attached. GoogleMy daughter had an appalling service from this letting agent. Someone with the name of Gaby was supposed to look after my daughter moving in and out of a flat in London . This lady made numerous mistakes and continued holding onto my daughter’s deposit almost two months after she had vacated. She attempted to charge for items that were clearly not on the inventory such as: £275 for replacing two spot lights even though they were not mentioned on the inventory , and furthermore, I had already replaced them for less than £10. I can only assume that she was hoping that my daughter will give up, due to her busy work schedule. Our experience was shocking and I have no doubt she gets away with what I consider nothing less than theft most of the time as many people don’t have the time to go through their inventories.
Dear Mrs Howells, I have noted your comments and I am sorry to hear how you feel about the service we provided to your daughter Verity. I am confused about the £275 that you mentioned in your review and I have taken the liberty of reviewing all the paperwork with my colleague. As part of the Check out report the clerk noted some of the lights were not working, which would classify as tenant responsibility. However, I decided to investigate this further and established that this was an electrical issue. I then confirmed to you that this would not classify for a charge. The only deduction from your daughter’s deposit was the Check Out fee of £137.20, This is a standard deduction, as the landlord paid the check in fee. This fee was always highlighted on the contract. I am afraid that you are mistaken to say that the deposit took two months to be returned. All deposits are processed at the end of the tenancy, rather than the actual day when a tenant physically vacates the property. Having checked the dates for you I can confirm that the official last day of the tenancy was 3rd August and the deposit was released on the 23rd August. This is within 15 working days that is allowed for if there are no deductions or arbitration. I must say that I had a positive relationship with Verity and enjoyed managing a property where she was a tenant. Indeed she gave me a 5 star google review 6 months ago.
