We understand the frustrations tenants have when it comes to deposit disputes but in this matter, we had to follow what the landlord was looking to deduct for against your deposit. From our conversation we understand you had a bad experience in the past with another letting agency and this may have tainted you outlook on LDG’s practice, but we can assure you, we only work on the landlord’s instructions and would not to try to take money from you as a tenant, especially for reasons which are not justified.
