They are not treating the tenants fairly. They are not considerate, very bad experience renting with LDG. The oral promise is not the same as what they gave in the contract

Made an enquiry over Zoopla. First they couldn't find the enquiry because of 'system issues' then they asked what I wanted. I explained that I was looking for a place in central london and was happy to pay a few months up front and would like a bit of a deal. The word 'deal' triggered a very different attitude from the person on the phone and he wasn't interested. People have had empty properties for over a year and if I had a property in central London, I would not market it through these guys. Very unprofessional.

A great stay. The perfect apartment and great location. Check-in was quick and there were no problems. We were looked after by Leticia, a lovely girl who spoke Spanish. The day we left we left something in the apartment and we were able to recover it without any problem. Highly recommended.

Grotesque company with a pack mentality attitude. They lied to me many times. Luckily I never bought any of it, and knew my rights. Sadly you can't pick the estate agent when finding a home. They've not forwarded any of my post either, so they're thief's too!

For tenants, this is a poor value estate agent who will do the bare minimum to maintain a property meanwhile trying to screw you over with absurd costs when you vacate the property.
