LDG enabled us to rent our first flat in London for holidays. This was the first time I let an accomodation abroad and I had to do it from Martinique, so I was a bit nervous but everything was OK. A LDG agent was present to welcome us and gave us all the explanations about the flat. The accomadation was clean, well designed and in a perfect location to visit London. We could even find umbrellas to cope with the british weather (in fact, it rained only one day in two weeks !). Our flat was cleaned free of charge after one week by LDG. It was a good experience, we had absolutely no problem during our stay and I should recommend LDG for holidays rental.

LDG have, from day one, provided me with a first class service in acting as our advisors for commercial property. They have played an integral part in ensuring we received a spectrum of properties across the market and even thought outside the box so that we considered alternative locations we hadn't thought of before! Harrison helped us to find our new office in Q2 2018 and managed to shatter all my stereotypes of what a CRE agent would be and do, granted that this was the first time we were finding our own office (neither a co-working space, nor a serviced office block). He was refreshingly proactive and practical in his approach versus other agents and agencies that had offered to help us. He understood our needs from the get-go and shared a number of thoughtful properties with us. While viewing them, Harrison would pre-emptively identify whether the demise would meet, or have the potential to meet, the spec and we felt supported by his knowledge throughout. If I'm not mistaken, we immediately took to the fourth property that we saw with Harrison on our first afternoon of viewings. Furthermore, he made himself available around the clock and worked extremely quickly and effectively from start to finish to make sure the lease was completed. LDG has been our go-to estate agent for more than seven years. First Clare Moll found us a great flat to buy after only a few months. Before that we had been looking unsuccessfully for some years. Since then they have managed another flat we own and have been excellent on all fronts, especially since we are away for many months at a time. Nothing is too much trouble for their staff - from their founder, Laurence Glynne, to every other person we have had contact with. And most recently Minette Ribeiro, our property manager, has done a superb job of appliance replacements, fault repairs, managing technical matters and generally keeping our tenants happy. We cannot recommend the LDG team enough - owner-operated is always best!

Harrison and Daniel from the LDG team have been working with us since beginning of 2015 when my studio gave them the impossible task of finding us a small space in central London for good value rent. They found us a great airy space on Great Portland Street which served as the base for our growing business in the last 2.5 years. Only recently, we have completed our purchase of a rare commercial mews off market in Central London through the help of LDG team. Despite challenging circumstances and complex legalities, LDG had helped guide me through the process in painstaking detail and commendable patience. LDG are responsible for renting and managing our apartment near Trafalgar Square and have done so for 4 years. This last year we had the unfortunate scenario of getting bad tenants (apparently the worst that LDG have ever come across) so you could say we had a few issues. Gaby at LDG helped us through the process to arrange for repair works and reclaim the money from the tenants guarantor. Thankfully, we've now received the money to rectify the damage in the flat and only gained a few grey hairs. Gaby also worked a few late nights to make sure that everything was covered for us which was greatly appreciated. So a big thank you for Gaby for her endeavours in helping us through this nightmare and her very good work throughout the year when we needed tradesmen to rectify the usual normal issues that arose.

Natalie Tester on accounts, Javier on lettings and Scarlet on management have proved to be a very efficient and personable team. One of the most unhelpful and unprofessional letting agents in London. Were quick to charge the letting fee but couldn't provide me with the service agreed or promises made. Staff was polite but completely incapable to resolve the simplest issues. After letting agent got their commission - couldn't be bothered to respond to my requests and was left without keys for 2 months. Would absolutely suggest you to AVOID this agency at any cost!
