GoogleI cannot recommend James highly enough - the most stress free, brilliantly managed and easy transaction I have ever known! I almost forgot i was buying the flat to be honest he dealt with it all so competently behind the scenes!! Knowledgeable, experienced and really responsive. Would 100% recommend!!

She has been of great help to us, and often went out of her way to help us find a suitable apartment in Wimbledon. As is often the case we have been in touch with various other agents, but Alice and the Lauristons did their job without appearing to be pushy. GoogleI have been using Lauristons to rent my flat in Wimbledon for the past 15 years, their full maintenance service is excellent, my flat has remained continually rented during this time and each tenant they have found me has been great with payment and taking care of the flat. The management team are excellent at organising any work to the flat, during this time they have organised a new bathroom, new kitchen, redecoration, throughout, new heaters and fixed a number of smaller issues. GoogleDealt with Thomas viewing a flat in Wimbledon. He was great throughout, really good (and proactive) communication and a genuinely nice bloke. Flat was great but found something slightly more suitable, but would not hesitate to use Lauristons again :-)

GoogleWorst agents in Wimbledon. Rude on telephone. Ignore emails. Extremely disorganised. Terrible management team. Completely ruined our move in day by giving us the wrong set of keys and then had the cheek to ask us to go back to the office to return them. Agents constantly getting names wrong. All for the lovely £450 admin fee. Rip off!

Please note we did not manage this property at any point, and I see from the file that the administration fee you paid was over £100 less than you detailed in your review. Perhaps you could get in touch with our Lettings Director Silvia Eldawi so we can better understand any issues at the time and any that may still exist, as I note you also left the review 10 months after you moved out of the property.
