She has made every effort to work around our busy schedules and was extremely prompt in getting back to us with updates and answers to our queries. The process of purchasing a property can be quite complex and daunting at times and it really helps having a dedicated professional like Myah by your side. I rented a flat through Lauristons a few years ago. When I came to leave the property I gave my 2 months notice and in the final month of my tenancy I was at work one day, came home at the end of the day to find the entire flat basically flattened as if a wrecking ball had been taken to it - with my possessions inside. It turned out the landlords came in and started renovations without permission. Unfortunately Lauristons took the side of the landlord, continuing to work with them and I was never compensated. Although a few years ago its one of those traumatic events that you move on from but never forget and you only hope justice is done one day. I would therefore not recommend Lauristons, question their morals and will continue to tell friends and family to avoid

Friendly from the start! I was very lucky to have dealt with the lovely Josh Brasil who from the first chat showed to me that he cared about me as a person and finding the best home for us. He kept in contact the whole way through, and actually listened to me. I've rented for a few years now and never had the pleasure of dealing with someone so invested in making sure I found the right property. If I need to rent again I will go straight to Lauristons! Thanks again Josh, you're a gem!

The house was not professional cleaned when we come in. While we were rented a lot of disrepairs appeared. After long time struggling with the Landlord and after notifying him that if nothing was repaired in 28 days, the Merton Council would intervine in the reparation process, Manu Bedinadze (property manager) achieved all was repaired by the Landlord. Event though, When we left the house, the mice problems were not solved yet. Besides, before we leave I asked them if my cleaner could do the final cleaning and I was told that they would do everything for me. Once I was already in my country, they told me that the new tenants would not move in unless a professional cleaning was done. So I had to pay for extra charges as my cleaner had to rent machines as she had to do it without any time to prepare all she needs. We had a bad experience, even though Georgina and Manu treated us very well, but they were not as resolutive as expected.

The best experience I have ever had with an estate agent (as a prospective tenant). Extremely responsive and helpful communication from Georgina, who listened to all our requirements, and organised an extremely efficient day of viewing. She was very quick to respond to all our queries, and make the process as smooth as possible. We were also very impressed and reassured by financial advice from Adam. Clear, friendly and helpful advice that left us feeling secure and well-prepared for the future. Very impressed to have this service from an estate agent.
