GoogleEstate agent I lived with for many years. Absolutely tried to make me unjustifiably pay for redecorating the flat I lived in. They tried to claim over £5000 in damages from me. I won by independent adjudication that I owed them less than £100. Con artist! DO NOT RENT WITH THEM.

GoogleGreat service. James Wheatley was very helpful and despite numerous complications got our house sold and helped the whole chain exchange.

GoogleJames Wheatley from Lauristons Wimbledon assisted us throughout the sale of our property in Colliers Wood: I cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding service he provided, not only in finding a good buyer, but especially during negotiations and the whole process that led to contract exchange. We were selling from abroad so this added an extra layer of complexity but the whole process was managed smoothly and efficiently.

GoogleNot good. My bf contacted to find a 2-bed in Wimbledon and the girl he spoke with was just rude. Reading the reviews here, it seems that I'm not the only person to experience this
Agent replied
Hi Carrie. Apologies this was your boyfriends experience. We dont have your name registered, could we take your boyfriends so we can investigate who he spoke to? Im not sure what you meant by the other reviews, we cannot see any others with this feedback?
