GoogleA very good experience selling with Lauristons, Wimbledon. Myah Tomlin, the agent, has been great at keeping me updated with the progress of the sale and has made sure that the solicitors are on track (which hasn't been easy!). If I were looking to sell again i'd definitely be giving Myah a call. Thanks for your effort !

GoogleStephen English helps us in collecting the rent that is our liveline. He has contacted tenants with patience, consistent and professional way. With his effort, our three student tenants have just paid their final rent. He is approachable and very polite through our contact by phone and emails. Highly recommended.

GoogleIf you would like to have money clipped off you at every turn as well as pay a huge 'admin fee' at the start of your tenancy choose Lauristons.

Hi Sam, I see you rented a property through us once before, but can find no record of you raising a complaint about our fees. Our tenant administration fee is not the cheapest in the market place, but it is also by no means the most expensive either, so we think it represents a fair value for the service provided. Perhaps if there is particular issue that you want to share with our Lettings Director Silvia Eldawi, she will be more than happy to look into the matter for you.

GoogleStarted my lettings quest with Lauristons, and had the fortune to work with Georgina. She is very professional with her approach, helps you understand the key aspects of renting (very important if you are new to UK like me), while also being very friendly and genuine, almost partnering with you to hunt the most suitable property. Highly recommended!
