GoogleI'm renting from this agency the second time now and they are very responsive even during this time. Osai has been particularly helpful in securing a flat for me when I thought I lost it and the other person happened to drop out. The renting process is very clear and smooth.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GooglePolly has been a truly fantastic estate agent. She has been extremely efficient and effective and has also gone above and beyond her role in helping us navigate what is otherwise a daunting process. We would definitely be more than happy to contact her if we were in need of an estate agent ourselves sometime in the future.

GoogleResponsive when calling for an issue (hence the second star), however turned crooks when it came to the deposit. Kept it far more than contractually allowed (despite multiple reminders), claimed a portion of it far after contractual deadline to do so, and dragged us to TDS instead of acknowledging their mistake and letting it go

GoogleI can not fault our experience with this company. Our agent, Georgina, has been so friendly, accommodating and answered every question (no matter how silly). I would recommend this company to anyone. The bonus of having the financial adviser, Adam, has lifted such a weight off my shoulders. Such a good experience at such a stressful time. Georgina has made the whole process smooth and communication was very clear from that start.

Hi Ivo. Thank you for the 5 stars! I've passed your comments on to Georgina and Adam
