We haven’t always had the best experience with real estate agencies in London, but Knight Frank is a welcome exception. The lease signing process was very smooth, and since we’ve moved in, what’s made the experience even better is our property manager Jason Nwimo who is super responsive, and goes above and beyond for everything. Terrible experience! They misrepresented many things related to the apartmenet we rented in London. The moment we signed the Tenancy Agreement, they stopped responding. When we asked for help with the Landlord related to several things that were misrepresented, they never replied again.

NO ONE replies, NO ONE available on the phones.... NO ONE or anyone there gives a dam with selling anyone a house... Lies, Lies and more lies... You telephone them and your told that there is NO ONE in Birmingham's office to sell you a home.... or an apartment.... They a very swanky office in Birmingham City Centre and yet it seems NO ONE works there..... Why does it not allow me to put no stars on here......

It turns out not all estate agents are the same, Knight Frank, Fulham, were exceptional. In a difficult market they succeeded where others had failed, and they did so through market knowledge, professionalism, good communication with buyer and seller, focus, hard work and perseverance. And they achieved all this with a friendly manner and a sense of humour.
