The efficiency of their service was second to none. The communication was very good. I worked with one of the agents, Jamie. He was swift to arrange the viewing, patiently answered all our questions. They made sure all the checks were done. The whole process generally was done with remarkable speed and professionalism. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Having dealt with Gary and his team in Lettings, Andrew in Finance and James (at the time) in Sales, I can say that what sets them apart is not only their highly professional and honest attitude, but also their client focus. They will always try to find the best solution for the client, even if this means more time and effort on their side. Keep up the good work!

10 years dealing with high end real estate agency KFcompany is expensive in my opinion but you get for what you pay, mean : serious and dedicated team excellent follow-up on maintenance and report on the tenant flat conditiontruly watching that rentals are made on time and if not immediately proceed to the necessary to recover unpsid rent

We bought the house, but will not be dealing with Knight Frank Dulwich ever again. They are 100 percent on the sellers side and in fact created such a hostile environment that we almost pulled out of the sale. Sales tactics from the estate agent felt wholly unprofessional and personal.
