I have been renting a flat with this agency for over a year now and I’m really happy with their great work. Our agent Toru shows himself always available and he does he’s best to solve our issues quickly and effectively. Like recently with a malfunction in our boiler that was solved in the same day. Having had a rather awful experience viewing over 40 properties with over 5 different estate agents throughout Fulham, almost all of them showed me properties just trying to sell them but not showing me what I actually asked to see and completely out of budget.I then got in contact with Arabella at Knight frank Fulham, and on the first day after describing exactly what I wanted to look at. She took me to 2 properties which perfectly fit my description (and budget) and now I’m looking to move into one of these within the next week. I cannot thank her enough for her patience and professionalism with me!

I've lived in a Knight Frank managed property for about 5 years. Knight Frank are a great property manager, they respond to issues very quickly. Our property manager, Robin Macdonald recently addressed an issue of a water leak, and highlighted that I was due compensation rather than me chasing for it. Great property managers!
