My boyfriend and I rent a property managed by Knight Frank. We've had an excellent experience with them - they were helpful and responsive throughout the viewing and lease negotiation process, and since we moved into the property have dealt with any issues quickly and without any fuss. The stark contrast to other, less scrupulous agents we have come across is striking! In particular I would like to mention Mo Govanni, who has been our property manager since October 2022. He is efficient, helpful, communicative, courteous, and always ready to help and advise. I have absolutely no complaints about our experience with KF and Mo to date and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to prospective landlords or tenants as a property manager or letting agent.

Trustpilot3 years rental with KF, no complaints
We rented a flat via Knight Frank for just over three years, and they managed the property and all communication with the landlord. We had a good experience overall, they replied on a timely basis and for the most part acommodated all our requests. The flat itself had a ton of issues, from water leaks to rodents... Knight Frank connected us to the landlord and arranged for all sorts of repairs and services. We were particularly happy with the agent assigned to us for the last leg of the rental Salome George. She replied to all our emails on the same day, which always gave us peace of mind that someone was looking into the problem. She was understanding when we had requests or complaints (the flat was in really poor shape at some point!) and helped us navigate the check out process now in the end seamlessly.

My tenancy is still ongoing but I wanted write this review because Knight Frank has been very good so far. In particular, Rachel Yang (Property Manager) is very good to deal with. She is polite and listens to issues. She has tried her best efforts to help me with issues and helps get to a good resolution (or compromise with the landlord). She acknowledges where contractors, plumbers, etc are being difficult and takes charge to get things done. I really appreciate her efforts and services. I hope I continue to receive good service from Knight Frank! I have dealt with other agencies before but they are definitely better than the others.
