The advice and support they offered throughout the whole process was excellent. I was particularly impressed by the way they managed the sale progression along a fairly drawn out and complicated chain. Rachael Hancock always kept me informed and was in constant contact with everyone in the chain to ensure a successful completion.

Louie-Mae and the TCS support team have been excellent at being attentive to any needs around the contract and house upkeep, proactive in their work on the estate, and kind helpful people to have looking after the tenants whenever we need help. I've been happily renewing the contract for almost 5 years and this is in no small part to the ease they make living here.

Renting a property in London can be a nightmare, or a dream, depending on who you work with. After dealing with so many Estate Agents that fit the unfortunate stereotypes, I was blessed with an encounter with the St John's Wood Knight Frank Office. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Malak. She cared, she was invested in my search, and volunteered other properties to show me. One of the suggestions was absolutely the one for me. During the process of arranging the tenancy, they listened to all my requests and queries and really helped me to ensure that I got the property that was right for me. I picked up my keys today and couldn't be more excited to move in. Professional, motivated and cares about finding the right property. Wish I'd started off with them as it would've made my life so much easier! Give them a try before anyone else :)

We have come across too many sly and pushy estate agents during our search. To meet Louna from knight frank (tower bridge branch) was refreshing. She was dedicated, genuine, sincere and responsive throughout the entire process, from viewing to move in. She helped us secure a great place. Would highly recommend! Onboarding process / tenant referencing technology could be improved though, to save the back and forth manual emails.

Very disappointed I have trusted this agent when I was abroad to take care of my research. She hided some important facts regarding the property, sent me a video only showing the qualities and she put the pressure on me to committ at a high price and longer term than I wanted and I ended up living in front of a trashbin warehouse with constant noise and disturbances. She is not professional, she is not honest, and she will show disrespect when you will claim for things. I do not recommend these agents really. They are only interested in making money quickly whatever conditions you will be in after your move. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
