So DisappointingHaving used KF to manage the renting of my house since 2017 I had to cease the arrangement when the property manager failed to respond to calls and emails for six months. The subsequent inability to coordinate and execute the closure of the account demonstrated a lack of communication and of supervision by management. This was exemplified by the lack of a response from the Customer Experience Manager when contacted. They were pleasant to deal with but you have to make the running

5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Jocelyn Zhang.I would rate Knight Frank 3.5 stars, but Jocelyn herself deserves the highest praise as a property manager. Since my move into this property a few months ago, which had its share of issues, the situation improved significantly under Jocelyn's management. Her outstanding communication skills were immediately apparent, ensuring she was always ahead of any concerns. She carefully arranged maintenance and repairs, consulting with me to schedule these at convenient times and confirming details meticulously. Serving as my main point of contact, Jocelyn's organizational abilities, politeness, and swift responses have been exceptional. Finding out she is leaving is a great disappointment; she undoubtedly has a promising future ahead. Knight Frank truly found a gem in Jocelyn, a talented and polite professional.

We have been both buyers and sellers of properties through Knight Frank within the last 18 months and the experience from both perspectives has been exceptional. As a retired property solicitor I have held a somewhat cynical view of some estate agents but the Knight Frank team in Clifton have exceeded all expectations through their unfailing professionalism, courtesy and calm, considered advice throughout the process. The entire team there are a delight to deal with and they are completely on top of transactions providing helpful support but without unnecessary interference. I would strongly recommend this firm with no hesitation.

The best agency I worked with in London…

The best agency I worked with in London as a tenant.I have experience of collaboration with Knight Frank Hyde Park. In most of cases the communication is smooth. If there was a fault to do some jobs on the property or miscommunication, they always provided a lot of explanations and helped to finally fix the issues quickly. I enjoyed my collaboration with Hamzah Musaddaq as a property manager. He helped us to quickly and effectively eliminate mice problem in the apartment as well as some plumbing-related issues. I hope the experience will remain at the same high level till the end of my tenancy.

Vinny and Oliver helped to efficiently and effectively negotiate with my long-term tenants to renew their 3-year lease at a decent market rate, despite the tenants' reservations.Tip: would KF please provide their teams with overseas clients & landlords a work mobile phone that has WhatsApp installed, for easier cross-border communications? KF & I used emails and team would ring me back on my mobile, but I was travelling for business in January, so Vinny & Oliver could have saved KF some $ if they were provided with work phones with WhatsApp installed on it.
