GoogleI moved into my flat rented through Knight Frank at the end of September 2023. Up to now, I’ve experienced few issues related to the flat (broken dishwasher, broken fan, electricity issues..) and I’m very sorry to admit that the property manager that has been assigned to our flat, Fahmida Rouf, has never showed any effort and interest in solving our problems within a decent amount of time. Due to her completely careless and negligent behavior, I experienced multiple negative consequences: the dishwasher broke mid October 2023 and has been fixed after multiple emails and attempt from me in February 2024; the bathroom fan broke and took a whole month and a half to be repaid (the bathroom doesn’t have a window) and I’m experiencing extremely high electricity bills on which I asked advices and I haven’t received any form of support on. I would like to add that I’m an international student which moved to London for studies purposes and after we were asked to pay the annual rent amount in advance (more than £25,000), I was expecting a totally different treatment from Knight Frank. Given my terrible experience, I won’t rent anything else from this ‘agency’ ever again.

if I could give a 0 here I would! I have contacted Somerset office every day now for the last week with regard to second viewing at property in Ilminster. Sadly no-one has responded to emails or phone calls and voicemails left over a week now. Was advised by Millie that two Rebecca's have now "left" the local office, and Luke (who is advertised as the agent handling the property) is no longer handling matters. Then advised that an agent called Simon would call (last Wed) to follow up but as yet (now Saturday) still no call. I feel sorry for the owners of Seamills in Illminster who must be feeling somewhat bereft by now.

She and her colleague Omar Villaverde followed up efficiently. I moved in on Thursday 28th March. Catrin Baker managed the inventory stage meticulously. After I moved in there were a couple of problems, which she addressed immediately. I can definitely see the value in renting via a well-known firm such as Knight Frank, rather than dealing directly with a private landlord.
