Helen of Stowe on the Wold, was absolutely fantastic. Always on the ball. She returned calls, and was constantly on it. She is a compassionate and patient person. The two ladies who did the viewings were very good too. All three came out before the house went on the market to get to know the property. I have already recommended her to friends. Use them to sell your property, they are marvellous!

I have been working with different estate companies over the past 8 years in North London (NW1) on both the sales but mostly the lettings side. While Knight Frank is excellent overall as an estate services provider, the property management side is exceptionally strong. For example, Mo Govani works extremely well with tenants, delivers prompt service on needed forms, and takes proactive initiative in areas such as following up with other estate agencies, sorting out keys and security issues with the building's management, and on lettings renewal. Overall, highly recommended.

Ed Hopkinson-Woolley was excellent at finding the houses that would suit my needs when viewing, was constantly in contact with me and the vendors before exchange and went above and beyond when it came to client care. We have just had a possible AST lease extension with a rent increase recommended by Knight Frank. It was with a good tenant that we did not want to lose. Brigette from Renewals negotiated very smoothly with the tenant and we did agree a new rent acceptable to both parties. Knight Frank carry out the whole lease renewal process very professionally and make it a pleasant experience for the landlord.
