What a lovely team you all are, from booking a viewing on to all the exchanges and emails inbetween with Helen Waddilove. We saw the house and Helen instantly booked us in for a viewing and from then on she made the process easy for us. She took all the stresses out of a very stressful time and managed to keep everything ticking over in a calm and professional way. She truly is brilliant at her job. We are now exchanged and we couldn’t be happier. Knight Frank are professional and effortless to work with. If we ever move again we will only want to pick up the phone and ask for their services.I’d like to say a big thank you to PJ also who works at the stow branch she was very kind to us.

That goes from the searching for accommodation where we had great communication with Nathalie and Katie - and Nathalie organised a very good sighting. During contracting the communication was excellent ant almost all times of the day. Finding our apartment the team has been very helpful with fixing initial things that needed sorted.
