I have been out on a number of viewings with Shaun Terry who works in the Knight Frank sales team. I found him to be knowledgeable not just of the properties viewed but the area and crucially planned infrastructure projects that are likely to shape the future of the area. Many agents can open the door and show you a property but few can give you a holistic understanding of an area in such a personable and informative manner. I would strongly recommend Shaun and the sales team at Knight Frank in the Hyde Park area.

I was looking for a one-bedroom rental in the Hyde Park area. Fraser knew about virtually every property and its its pros and cons. I have also been introduced to the letting office and got another acquaintance to use your letting department who are currently letting their flat in Maitland Court. Fenella Freeland recently sold my house in central London for the asking price despite the uncertain property market conditions that prevailed immediately prior to Brexit. We know that is very difficult to rent a propriety in London if you are not resident in the U.K., but despite that fact I rent my flat with knight frank, the one in Craven Terrace, and I had affairs with Marie. The flat is close to the office and it is beautiful, very bright, clean, new; ( I contacted her to see another flat, then she offered me too see this one..... at the end was the perfect One :-)). so I will say thank you to Marie that found me that propriety. I recently found a property to rent through Guy Spencer of KF's Hyde Park office and I must say the process of finding a property was made easy, simple and pain free.
