They were fantastic and helped us to sell the house much more quickly than we expected and at the price we wanted. We had a potentially tricky situation with tenants who had struggled to find a place to move to, but Ross handled that with great care and wisdom. Not only did they market the house quickly and effectively, they kept us informed and phoned me regularly to update me on progress. We had our house on the market with another agent and things were stagnant, we then met Ross at KFH and within days of meeting him we had an offer (which we accepted) and several viewings. This was all before advertisements and photos went up on websites. GoogleWe cannot recommend Ross, Connor and Charlie highly enough. From the very first meeting when we engaged with KFH, they were professional and extremely efficient. We had our house on the market very quickly. Ross and his team understood the pressures we were under to get an offer as quickly as possible and went all out to get as many viewings as possible in the first 2 weeks. Within that time we received our first offer - we were very impressed with the effort KFH put in to help us achieve this. We got very close to our asking price. We got caught in the middle of the Covid crisis but Ross never took his eye off the ball to progress with the sale. GoogleThank you Fred and KFH in general for helping find my current rental here in Raynes Park. I’ve been living here for 4 months now at time of writing, and I feel very fortunate to have found such a nice and suitable property in a good location at what was quite an unfortunate time for me. My friends and family love it more than even the places I was living at previously that were considered to be more prestigious.
Prior to being in contact with KFH, I had some poor experiences with other estate agents, whether that be rude associates, spammy phone calls, some recommending unsuitable properties way out of budget, or no-shows (which happened twice).
3 months into my search, I had originally enquired for a KFH property in Wimbledon Chase, but it had no parking which for the short term wouldn’t have been an issue, but I still had other reservations about it before I had even seen it. However Fred understood my requirements and showed me 2 other properties instead. First one was good, but it was the second one that I instantly felt that I could live here comfortably for the foreseeable future. Even now I’m still finding new perks versus new shortcomings of having picked the property that I did; usually it’s the other way round.
Dealing with KFH was completely painless from start to finish, and also afterwards. Should I decide to move again I’ll happily go straight to KFH first for my next property.

The agency is very advanced in terms of technology.
Everything that we had to do for the renting process we've done online, which was a bless as I lived quite far away from the new place.
Referencing is done through HomeLet which is easy if you are honest and have nothing to hide, you just fill in a form and they do everything else.
Due to the new UK laws we did not have to pay anything for the agency services, we just put a one week rent holding deposit which at the end of the process went to the aparment deposit.
Thanks to Fred for showing us the property, special thanks to Charlotte for quick and useful e-mail responses and to Tara for doing the paperwork for us.

GoogleMy mum had a very long, drawn out sale of her property through KFH in Raynes Park. This was not the fault of KFH and their agent Connor Munro was very helpful and kept my mum updated every step of the way and even chased other parts of the chain for my mum when she had already exchanged on her house so he didn't need to do this. He was proactive and without his assistance I doubt she would be moving into her new house now as I have to say the other estate agents in the chain (from other companies) were pretty useless. Connor certainly earned his commission!
Only negative is that the original valuation by the branch manager was massively over valued hence 4 stars. However I doubt it is any different with another estate agent. Would recommend.

GoogleWe have started our search for a new home almost 10 months back, saw around 70-80 properties but finally got the best of all with the help of Connor Munro and Ross Jordan. Connor has been extremely professional, helpful and most importantly very honest and kept us informed of the status of properties which interested us all the time. GoogleFred showed me a few properties, I liked one in particular as it suited my needs, made an offer which was accepted. Unfortunately, at a rather late stage, due to the Landlord, it fell through. Fred immediately organised a couple more properties for me to view and within a few days I was able to move-in. Throughout the process he kept me informed and was always quick to reply to my emails and answer telephone calls. Fred is polite, professional and actually listens, unlike some estate agents !! He is a credit to Kinleigh Folkward and Hayward. I did also on occasions communicate with other members in the letting department, and they too were always polite and helpful. Well done team.
