KFH recently managed the sale of my house in the Apostles and were extremely professional from start to finish. They proactively monitored online activity and shared reporting (not something offered by agents I’ve used in the past), they called with regular updates and also gave clear guidance on pricing and marketing strategy. Once a buyer came forward, they handled the price negotiations and the run up to exchange very smoothly and professionally. A big thanks to Alex Singh and his team, in particular Pippa and Jamie! Jamie was great to deal with. I had only requested to view one property, but he proactively suggested and showed me two other suitable options back-to-back, which I really appreciated. Choosing the right estate agent to sell your house is a big decision. I did plenty of research and had an extensive list of questions to ask. Alex had good, solid answers to everything I threw at him. He didn’t attempt the hard sell but was, as it turns out justifiably, confident in achieving a good price and a well-managed sale. Alex was upfront about everything before we engaged KFH’s services but more importantly remained approachable, responsive, helpful and reassuring throughout. Before the house went on the market, Alex introduced us to the team who would be showing the property to potential buyers. Pippa, Charlie and Marcus were all extremely personable and having met them we felt even more confident we were in good hands. The company who took care of the photography and floor plan for the property listing were also courteous and professional. We were very happy with the results. KFH also provided contacts for solicitors, who have also provided an excellent service. The fact they worked on a no sale no fee basis was reassuring and their prices were extremely reasonable The offer we accepted, which was at the high end of our expectations, was secured within just a few days of the house going on the market. Another huge tick! Marcus, who was responsible for securing the offer, was also a pleasure to deal with. He moved to another branch mid process, so Alex took over handling the sale and was immediately up to speed on every relevant detail. Estate agents may have a bad reputation, but we’ve been more than happy with the service KFH have provided throughout. They have been, professional, courteous, supportive and most importantly have delivered a highly satisfactory outcome. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending, Alex and the team at the KFH Raynes Park branch!
