The amount of work that Charlie did for us is priceless. KFH Raynes Park were great from start to finish with our purchase. We'd had a number of things fall through with other estate agents in the area, but KFH (and in particular, Charlie) made sure that the viewing and purchase process for us was smooth and efficient. Pre-offer acceptance they were great at getting us out to see properties that met our requirements, and then after we had our offer accepted they kept us updated on status and were always happy to answer questions. Before meeting Ottavia, our property search had been frustrating and disheartening. In this competitive rental market of undersupply, I often felt like a number. I was rushed through the viewings, if you even got to that stage as many would expect you to make an offer based on a video viewing! It was clear that most agents ONLY had the interest of the landlord in mind. They did not care whether you or someone else would take it. It was purely a transaction. Working with Ottavia has been a very different and enjoyable experience. From our FIRST interaction her contact was very personal. She was the first person who actually cared by showing genuine interest in me and MY needs as a tenant, so that she could find the ideal match/outcome for both parties. We are very pleased with the work that the KFH team has done over the past year to help us sell our property. This was a difficult case to handle as we put our property on the market after relocating to Italy, so 99% of the process has been happening via emails or on the phone. Finding the right buyers hasn't been easy and the first attempt did not work out. Fortunately, Ross and his team have continued to work until they found the right buyers, who loved the house from the start and made a very good offer. We have been kept informed of the progress regularly and given frank advise when things were not moving quickly. I recommend them highly.

I was struggling to find a place to rent, talking with different agencies without ever receiving any help from them, until I met Ottavia. I walked into her office almost hopeless one day, and after a nice chat she told me she had something perfect for me. And it was perfect!! She managed to book me in for a viewing the really following day, and had my offer accepted within 24h. We now live in a lovely house with our own driveway and ample garden. Moving has to be one of the most stressful times in one’s life! However, I used KFH as our estate agents in Raynes Park, initially dealing with Ross, who is the manager of that branch. This was definitely one of the best decisions I have ever made! There are many negative stories about estate agents but NONE of these apply to KFH ! They are simply wonderful in every way from the very beginning right to the very last minute ! I was lucky enough to deal with Connor Munro throughout the entire process. He was always a true gentleman throughout every stage. He promised me he would take care of everything and he really did! No matter how many questions I had, he never made me feel that they were not the most important questions in the world ! He treated my husband and I with the greatest respect and really did handle every detail! He followed up on all questions and reported back during every step of the way. Communication is very important and Connor ALWAYS got right back to me concerning any and all situations that occurred throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble! I can not recommend Connor highly enough! He was a saint, patient, extremely knowledgeable, as well as always kind and friendly! Connor was fantastic from start to finish. He took the time to fully understand what we were looking for and didn't waste our time with properties he knew were too far outside of our brief.
