GoogleIf I could give 0 stars for the way our check-out was handled, I would. Our tenancy itself was fine, but once it came to the deposit return, things became frustratingly difficult. We were repeatedly ignored when trying to clarify charges, including one that had already been paid separately, and had to chase multiple times to get simple confirmations. At one point, I even had to send proof of payment for something they insisted on deducting anyway. It was only after pushing back several times that the amount was finally corrected. The communication was inconsistent, dismissive, and felt incredibly one-sided. We responded to questions clearly and respectfully, but never received proper replies, only to be told we hadn’t responded at all. This was not a professional experience, and I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this branch unless you’re prepared to chase every step and triple-check every cost.

GoogleAlisdair helped us with our tenancy search. He went above and beyond always reaching out with new listings that met our requirements. He went out of his way to help. For example, he help to rearranged viewing times to suit our schedule and this saved us from traveling out to the area again. He understood our needs and was receptive to our feedback on properties, which he used to present listings that were tailored to our feedback. A professional and 5 star service.

GoogleWe were in a very long chain for over 8 months, Connor was just amazing and took on doing our buying agents role too. I could pick up the phone anytime and Connor was up to date informed and offered his advice and guidance, with selling/buying homes being a rather stressful affair it was good to know Connor and KFH were there to support any ask I had of them. It is with full confidence I can recommend Connor.

Charlie managed the process with patience, kindness and was always highly responsive and encouraging through some hiccups (not KFH related). GoogleTrying to navigate renting in London can be challenging, however I was lucky enough to have Alisdair and Mohammed. My initial interaction with the KFH team was with Mohammed who was amazing, offering a vast range of rental knowledge and experience. Alisdair became my main correspondent during the process of renting. He was incredibly helpful through the whole process, ensuring I was constantly kept in the loop and he was always quick to answer any queries that I had.

In addition they both were always professional and a pleasure to work with.The turn around from marketing to when we received an offer took less than two weeks! GoogleThe KFH team worked on our purchase - via our sellers. Richard was excellent during the viewing process, being somone we could trust. Charlie took over during the managing process who managed a longish chain excellent. When there were wobbles towards the end Ross managed to calm things down, and expertly got the deal through. Would reccomend!
