GoogleWe rented flat through Kfh Raynes Park Office few weeks ago and we have to say it was one of the best our experience renting propertys. Really well managed office, everyone was polite, kind and helpful.
Ioana was our agent there and it was big pleasure for us to work with her, and she is really professional, experienced, quick, positive and helpful. She gives all answers straight away, and she made all process very easy, quick and nice for us. It's big luck for any organizations to get such kind of people, and we feel lucky as well because we got her.

GoogleI don't normally leave reviews but after such a positive experience with KFH in Raynes Park, I just had to. I dealt with Ioana Radac in my long search for somewhere suitable to rent and I have to say, she was nothing short of amazing! Top estate agent - Ioana and the team made me realise that not all estate agents are bad! Ioana never tried to push me into going for a property I didn't like or wasn't sure of and when I got down about the search, she was always knew the right thing to say to bring comfort, hope and was very knowledgeable. She promised to do her best for me and kept her word! Ioana found me the lovely home I was looking for and worked hard. I'm sooo grateful to her and the KFH team! :))

GoogleGetting a new rental is never straight forward and when you have specific parameters and a price guide it's always frustrating to get agents calling you with properties completely off spec - BUT! We found Richard Jackson at KHF and he listened to what my wife and I were after and really took that to heart. He explained why he was showing us something a little left field (to see options on either side of the budget) but when he found what he knew was spot on for us he called me straight away. Everything was handled really well and we found what we wanted within budget and have ended up with a real gem. Really felt like Richard was genuinely invested in helping us out. Great stuff.

As most people would know, going through a sale is both challenging and exciting and many times the wait for the right client or a transaction to successfully go through could become extremely nerve racking. GoogleMy husband and I have just sold our home with KFH in Raynes Park and were so impressed by Amy and her team (Tom, Emily and Cheryl).
They were proactive and driven when it came to marketing our house. The whole team came round to look at it before putting it on the market, they had viewings booked in almost immediately, kept us well updated with information on potential buyers and offered great advice. When one buyer fell through, they had a solid pipeline of other potential buyers ready and waiting. They were professional and calm and made every effort to anticipate any problems and take the stress out of a potentially stressful situation. They completely outshone their competitors in Raynes Park.
On top of that they were warm and friendly and a pleasure to work with. Really lovely people who we're happy to have met. We would recommend KFH Raynes Park (and now Southfields, Tom's new office) to anyone.
