GoogleDealing with Charlie at KFH Raynes Park has been an absolute dream. He is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, therefore making the whole process so smooth. We were sad to part ways with him and couldn’t recommend him and the practice enough.

GoogleThe people at KFH are very professional. Charlie Vickery has been amazing! He has gone over and above what is expected to get the job done. When our conveyancer was falling short, he stepped up to help us out. Even after the sale, he is still happy to help out with some teething problems with the property. He is such an asset to KFH.PositiveQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleExcellent service at KFH in Raynes Park. Connor worked very hard to progress and project manage our sale. We received regular communications to update us on progress and Connor was always very helpful and polite and responded quickly to our queries. At times, over optimistic updates were given on viewings and the sale, where we would have appreciated a more realistic outlook. Overall though we were impressed and would use again.

GoogleWe just immigrated to the UK and were very concerned about where to live, who to deal with and what would be best for our family. We met with Ioana from KFH and she helped us find the perfect place, she assisted where she could to negotiate the price, Ioana made us feel as though our case was a priority and got us our home. Fantastic person, great company. Highly recommend.

GoogleWe were in a hurry to rent a new home as soon as possible and Shaun Walker helped us. I have dealt with a lot of Estate Agents over the years and Shaun was by far the most proactive and professional. It was less than a week from viewing the properry to getting the keys and Shaun made it happen. I would thoroughly recomment KF&H and especially Shaun Walker.

Not only have they been extremely efficient in helping to coordinate a smooth move, but most importantly, they have been kind, patient and trustworthy. GoogleWe've dealt with all of the main estate agents in Raynes Park when looking for a new property, and KFH have been the most professional by far. Emily and the team stand out for being the most pro-active agents that we have dealt with, keeping us well informed and always quick to respond. If I was selling a property in Raynes Park, KFH would be my first choice of agent.
